Girls Grand Valley Indoor Results 2/24/05

The girls had a good indoor meet with several suprises and many great efforts. Coach P’s choices for athletes of the meet were:

The first Comstock Park Quad Meet Scheduled for next Wednesday, March 30th, 2005 has been cancelled due to the continuation of winter. Only 82 Days to Make Champions

Today - March 14th, 2005 - marks the start of the Outdoor Track season at West Catholic. We need to get down to business because the MHSAA track season is a mere 82 days away. See you at practice athletes!

Athletes Competed at GVSU on Monday

Several athletes successfully competed on Monday. Women’s pole vaulters went 7′ 6″ for Kristen and 8′ for Stephanie and Abby. Karli made the 50 meter finals. Complete results are on GVSU’s Site.

Challenge to our boys 4×800 team

Dyestat Running keeps a list of the “elite” athletes by event (see 2004 list here). To be listed on that our team would have to run 7:57, three seconds faster than the current school record set last year at states. So boys, I double dog dare you …. get listed!
