Girls All City

The top ten are all city, and it appears that the 11th and 12th will also be named all city. They are honorable mention for sure, but some (myself included) think that if more than seven from one team make all city, then we should add another for each extra person. If that […]

Girls Finish Second in City League Meet

Our girls had their best City League finish since 2000 by finishing second in both the dual meet standings and city meet. While easily outdistanced by the GR Christian Women’s Team, we also outdistanced everyone else. We need to look forward to next year and put in the work necessary to chase down […]

Falcon Men Cruise to City League Victory

With solid 1-4 running and Nick Preston slamming the door on the five spot with a 16:59, the boys team walked off with a back-to-back city championship. With the top three boys on the heels of Bill Stroo as they approached the two mile, first Ryan Scott, then Andrew Bissonette and finally Sam Passenger […]

Harbor Springs 2nd in Conference Meet

Harbor Springs narrowly lost their conference championship yesterday to Charlevoix. It appears that after a strong 1, 2, 3 (in 2nd, 3rd and 6th place) that they may not have the backend push needed to win in a larger meet this year. On the other hand, should we be figuring Charlevoix into our […]

FHN/EGR, etc. results

Here are results from Monday night dual meets.

Both of our Teams Make the Paper

This hasn’t been something we see often … both of our programs mentioned in the same article. This article in the Royal Oak Daily Tribune features the boys 1st place finish and the girls 3rd place finish while on the way to explaining how the local athletes did in the meet.

Richard Results Finally Available

At long last (of course keep in mind we still don’t have full Allegan results … so I guess long is a relative term) we have the Father Gabriel Richard Invite Results.
On the girls side, we place three in the top twenty. What makes this even more impressive is that we were […]

Christian Men and Women Sweep Christian Schools Invite

The Christian High Mens and Womens teams swept the team championships at yesterdays Christian Schools Invitational at Johnson Park. There are also several other meets featured in the scoreboard.
We submitted what we had to the Press last night, but our meet didn’t make the Press today unfortunately.

Article on Cross Country - CCC

Carson City Crystal got some press in Mount Pleasant for their third place finish at the Greater Lansing. The article also includes a story on Shepard who won their own invitational on Saturday and its aspirations to return and best thier 6th place Division 3 finish from last year.
