On September 26, 2009 the Falcons of Grand Rapids West Catholic and the Cougars of Grand Rapids Catholic Central will host the fourth annual Cougar Falcon Invite.

The meet will be held at East Rockford Middle School on the home course of Rockford High School. Complete information is available in our downloadable information sheet. You may also download a contract if you wish. As of this time there are openings on a first come, first served basis. Both high school and middle school races are included in the meet.
